While our pocket watches are complex in construction, they are easy to use:

1. When you first receive your watch, twist the top knob to wind it up until full
(please stop winding as soon as you feel it tense up);
2. Pull the knob upwards slightly (you’ll feel it “click”). Then turn it to set the
correct time, and push the knob back into place;
3. Take care not pull the watch out in public too often. It may make others
feel insecure about themselves and their choice of time keeping device.

If your pocket watch or nurses watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, it will
be repaired or replaced free of charge at the discretion of Fob & Co within the first 12 months of purchase.

The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:

Battery, case, face or chains;
Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear;
Water damage;
Repairs if the pocket watch was not originally purchased from Fob & Co.

This warranty is void if the pocket watch has been damaged by accident, negligence,
unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
